Fawley AFC are delighted to confirm both management teams for the upcoming 2017/18 Season.
Richie Coxall will be the new first team manager with Scott Johnston & Lee Shepherd assisting him. Richie has been with the club since he was 11 and has served as player, manager and committee member. Leading the club to promotion from Division One in 2010, he has been tasked with doing the same again after the clubs relegation.
Lee Shepherd will vacate his reserve team manager role and join Richie. His very impressive work in the second team earned many plaudits from around the club, creating a link between the U18's and senior teams in the process.
Scott completes the management team coming from Hythe & Dibden in October 2016 where he was Manager/Assistant Manager in a 4 year spell. He was also Secretary of the club and worked closely with the chairman on committee matters. The same roles he fulfills now at Fawley.
The Reserve team will now be managed by Jack Hobbs, who will be working with Shaun Moss and Craig Shellard.
Jack Hobbs was assistant in the reserves last season and has served that role at Hythe & Dibden also. He's given full commitment to the club and is very keen to step up into his new role.
Shaun Moss is a local football man with good experience within the game. Previously with Forest Town and Hythe & Dibden, he's earned respect and been well liked wherever he's worked.
Craig Shellard served as the reserve team captain last season and despite not officially having the role assisted Lee Shepherd throughout the season. He'll be looking to fulfill the same player/assistant role this upcoming season and continue to serve the club the best he can.
